I felt more prepared and confident

When I first started with Josh, I was employed looking for a new opportunity in product management; and then I was laid off a few weeks later.

Navigating the present-day job market is a cross-functional activity–a good resume, and recruiters, education and qualifications are no longer sufficient to land you a job. Josh is more than a coach. He helped me navigate various situations, empowered me to build a LinkedIn presence, network, and helped me highlight my successes. Beyond this individual coaching, Josh connected me to a community of other CVC students in which we exchanged experiences, ideas, successes, and support.

While working with Josh, I felt more prepared and confident as a job seeker than at any other time in my career. I ultimately landed a Sr product manager position within the industry I have been working in my career.
