I credit the program with my ability to present experience in interviews and getting my resume to be appealing to recruiters and hiring managers. My LinkedIn was already relatively polished from my previous coach but they’ll get that working for you too. They help you find a strategy for the types of companies to target for outreach and applications. Oh, and Josh does 1:1 strategy sessions before every interview.
The cost seemed high initially, but I got so much value that I think it’s a fair price and completely worth it. It’s a one-time lump sum payment and they work with you until you get a full-time role you want. They have multiple office hours during the week for mock interviews, resume, LinkedIn, story-building, and an open session on Friday. Also a Slack channel with lots of active community members. I was able to job search during the week and enjoy my weekends, which was much needed. Even now that I have a job I have strategy/leadership sessions to help me succeed at it.
Absolutely worth every penny.
