Career Vision helped me go from feeling stuck and defeated to walking into interviews with confidence and clarity.

Before the program, I had applied to easily a thousand roles and kept hitting dead ends. I’d get to the final round, only for the company to freeze hiring. I began to question if I should pursue other career paths but I really wanted to hang on because I knew I loved working in CS. What changed was having someone help me not just remember my value, but teach me how to communicate it in a way that actually landed.

One of the biggest shifts came when I finally nailed my story. Once I had that, I could flex it across interviews, and it felt natural, not rehearsed. The Slack community was also a lifeline during the most isolating part of the search and reminded me I wasn’t alone, and gave me a space to feel human again.

This program didn’t just help me get a job – it helped me own who I am and the value I bring as a CSM.
